Breezy again...

Back to Miami tomorrow. Curious to see how much people are bumping the Rossssssssss album, it left my rotation DAMN quickly. In my traveling absence, check out Benzi's new tape and ask 9th Wonder a question via Young Newport.

Oh, and this Idlewild garbage is so disappointing I won't even speak on it. I didn't fuck with SB/TLB that hard, but I appreciated where Dre was coming from on some of his shit (Pink & Blue is my jam). I'm not automatically hating if he's not rapping, but his seeming self indulgence gets on my nerves, not to mention that this 1930s mixed with hip-hop is just plain wack. I think it was someone in The Roots who said he was trying to make his shit as fierce as possible, Outkast made their shit as un-fierce as possible.

The actual song "Idlewild" is a banger. I don't know if it made the album, but it's on Don Cannon's 28 Grams Vol 4 mixtape

I heard half of Idlewild and I'm liking it thus far. It's a difficult album to put a concrete judgement on because it's a mixture of so many sounds and it revolves around the movie.

I know a lot of cats are screaming for Outkast to return to the music they used to make back in the day, but I personally am feeling this new style of theirs. SB/TLB was my shit.

I just hate when I see people screaming that they (dre in particular) dont make hip-hop music anymore. If that shit seemed unreal, I'd be screaming too, but it seems like this is the way he wants to express himself, then power to him.

To each his own. We all grow and move to the beat of our own drum.

Nice blog tho. Been peepin it for a while. Wish you had more time to update tho. =)

I wasn't planning on getting that album anyway. Once they made seperate records for Love Below and Speakerboxx, I knew that their collaborative albums would suck from then on.

It must not have made the record. It's not bluesy and Dre is rapping on it

I uploaded the version from the Don Cannon mixtape

There is a heat sensor which can be used to activate the camera and is far
less prone to false alarms. Ask a neighbor
to clear your letter box of circulars, leaflets etc. Some
are rather cheap, but the very best will cost over a hundred dollars and sometimes more than a thousand dollars.
